“Of all the jobs I envisioned having as a child , I would say brewing beer was never a thought. Yet here I am loving my job and constantly seeking out knowledge and understanding in order to grow in my brewing career.

Beer is the perfect merger of science, art, hard work and passion, all sprinkled in with a bit of magic. After over 7 years of brewing professionally I have grown to appreciate the beauty in the nuances of brewing beer. That is what I like to hang my hat on, attention to details.

Besides drinking a nicely brewed lager, I really enjoy going to sporting events. I am a season ticket holder for both FC Cincinnati and Cincinnati Bengals. You can catch me singing and dancing in the Bailey or slinging suds at Bengal Jim’s tailgate.
